1983– Connecting Point founded. It was one of the first Computer Retail Stores in Nevada.

1988 – The company joins the Connecting Point of America Franchise. Connecting Point Las Vegas becomes the largest Las Vegas computer dealer in Nevada.

1991 – Connecting Point Las Vegas deploys an outbound sales force into enterprise accounts. Sales increase by 87%.

1997 – Connecting Point of Las Vegas emphasizes service to product sales. Our mission critical service contracts increased service revenues by 92% and now employs the largest technology service department in Las Vegas.

1999 – Connecting Point becomes a proud member of the VentureTech Network, giving CP the ability to assist companies locally as well as other locations throughout the country. The VentureTech Network is an exclusive$2.5 billion North American sales and service network of independent information technology solution providers and leading manufacturers, which focuses on providing top notch I.T. products and services to small-to-midsize businesses across Canada and the U.S. The VentureTech Network consists of approximately 350 certified solution providers with over 10,000 techs and 50,000 certifications focused on the IT needs of small-to-midsize businesses across North America.

2000 – Now designing and supporting wide area networks and maintaining hardware equipment, clients turn to Connecting Point of Las Vegas for critical technology solutions. Connecting Point now offers the largest managed outsourced IT service to the community.

2001 – Connecting Point moves into a new facility with the ability to deliver turnkey solutions.

2005 – Connecting Point of Las Vegas poises for Vertical Market Services specialization and focus making available outsourced IT solutions to small and medium sized businesses in Las Vegas. Lester Keizer becomes new CEO. Business Model changed from reactive break-fix to proactive Managed Services.

2006 – Created a new and innovative service to store data and the critical programs that run the data in a dual location with replication in each to ensure clients disaster recovery in a matter of hours.

2007 – Voted by MSPmentor as the #1 technology managed service provider in Nevada and # 14 in the world by the annual ranking of the world’s most progressive managed service providers MSPmentor

2008 – Earned the prestigious CompTIA Security Trustmark, certifying both our internal IT security and how we secure our clients data and networks.

2010 –Earle joined as President & COO and BCT was formed
