Earle Keizer, President
Earle Keizer is a Senior Technology Services Leader, with extensive experience managing change, generating customer satisfaction, excitement and consistently providing deliverables as expected by today’s client base. He understands how to help and collaborate with customers and vendors in order for them to exceed their business goals all within a challenging and changing business environment. By utilizing expertise honed from front line technical positions to senior management positions, he is able partner with clients to strategically plan, implement and manage projects to completion within prescribed time and budgetary parameters.
Currently, Earle is President of Business Continuity Technologies (BCT) focusing on growing the business in a difficult economic environment. He provides executive direction and support in retaining and expanding both small and large customers.
For over 14 years, Earle was with Novell. His last position there was Global Services Director/Principal managing a team of 65 People Managers, Support Account Managers and Technical Support Engineers covering the entire East Coast and accounted for over 50% of the North America Services revenue. His customers included Fortune 1000 companies, Federal, State and Local governments and many educational institutions ranging from well-known universities, state-run university systems, community colleges and private schools. He led an advisory team in supporting North Carolina’s Community Colleges by providing direction on Open Source/Linux curriculum and certification accreditation.
He was recognized by Novell as Director of the year and awarded the President’s Club award for exceeding customer satisfaction goals, attaining and exceeding financial and productivity targets. He was noted for having the highest employee satisfaction scores within the Services organization by spearheading employee career development and retention by focusing on employee training and self-development.
Earle began his technical support career at Wang Laboratories in the technical trenches as a: hardware engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Support manager, Data Center Manager, Outsourcing and Help Desk Project Manager, and Partner Support Manager.
Earle was born to parents who were both educators and school administrators and was educated in Asia, Europe and the US resulting in him being exposed extensively to various educational cultures, systems and infrastructure.

Lester Keizer brings to Business Continuity Technologies (BCT) over 30 years of executive responsibilities and business development skills. He has also served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development for one of the nation's largest home health providers and served as Vice President for Med Diversified in the development and promotion of technology, telemedicine and e-commerce on a national and international level.
While CEO of Connecting Point Technology Center of Las Vegas (renamed BCT), he oversaw the transformation of Connecting Point from a product centric company to a technology service centric organization. As a result, Connecting Point landed on the MSPmentor 100 list as number 1 in the State of Nevada and number 14 world-wide as the most progressive managed service provider. In June 2010 Business Continuity Technologies (BCT) was formed and continues to build on the success of Connecting Point in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. Lester is also one of the co-founders and previous CEO of XiloCore, one of the first national cloud-based Technology Business Continuity Disaster Recovery companies.
As an innovative business developer, Mr. Keizer has excelled in developing technology and technology solutions to various lines of business including the management and development of Crossroads of Antigua, a world class Drug and Substance Abuse Rehab Hospital through a joint venture with rock star Eric Clapton. Lester Keizer grew up in Indonesia, New Guinea and Borneo (where his parents served as missionaries). He went to college in England and later earned his Bachelor's degree from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee and his Master’s degree in Administration from Andrews University in Michigan. Lester Keizer, an accomplished speaker, has presented at many regional and national technology and Business Continuity conferences. He previously served on the Board of Directors for CompTIA, the World’s largest Computing Technology Industry Association and continues to serve on the IT Partner Advisory Council. He also has served on the SYNNEX/Varnex Advisory Board. SYNNEX is the 3rd largest national and international Technology Distributor. In May of 2011, Lester co-founded “Hands That Give”, the IT industry’s first member led emergency disaster recovery response system modeled after the American Red Cross. On December 2012, he was invited to the White House to represent the IT interests of the Small & Medium size business in the State of Nevada. He is a classically trained pianist and organist along with participating in 100-mile century bike rides.
